First phase: one business area, one real decision, 3 months. Fee agreed during scoping.

3.AfterTrace (working name)

Find the AI data your organization stopped using, and retire it safely.

• Finds AI files left behind in your environment, such as models and datasets.
• Shows the evidence: each item scored on last use and graded by the strength of its evidence.
• Never deletes: a named person confirms each item, which is moved to a recovery location you control.

Runs entirely in your environment and sends nothing to us.
